Customer (Un)Success is killing your pipeline
After I gave this person my answer - they floored me with this statement:
That's great - we are going to look at you guys. It was such a bad experience at XXXX that I even tweeted something to them. Nobody responded to that either.
Talk about a 2017 B2B faux-pas! Who was manning THAT SHIP? In 2017 to be a B2B business and to not respond to a negative customer tweet, or post on a some ratings site is ludicrous.
But hey, that customer already paid, so onward to the next prospect - right?
