Hey, since I'll never talk to you again, let me say this....

As our businesses move from selling #products and #services to most EVERYTHING becoming a " #subscription " I think #CX (customer experience) will end up eating #sales.

My 25+ years in business has shown me that almost anyone can sell anything...once.

But all the #sales acumen in the world cannot keep a customer who is suffering thought painful #cx with a current vendor that is either causing that pain or is indifferent to that pain.

There's just too much competition and too many choices out there. I think most of us in #saas are learning this...the rest of the #b2b world will as time marches on.
